We have rented a one bedroomed property to a girl. The rent is hit and miss. One month outstanding and a second one due. Also an oil fill. My query is this girl signed a lease but has had someone staying every night since she moved in. Not always thed same person but one of two. The reason I know this is the property is in view of my home! The police phoned my husband a month ago to confirm this girls address as her employer had just had her arrested. Advice please. The original rental was done through an agency who checked her references.
