We already signed the bank loan offer and direct debit mandate. Our loan is with the Halifax. The seller is ready to hand over, and the house is empty and unoccupied. Any Ideas when we can expect to get the keys, or are there any other steps to go through after signing the contracts. Thanks in advance

D dazza21ie Registered User Messages 323 30 Jul 2008 #2 Sigining the contracts is only the half way stage in the process. The closing date in the contract will determine when you will get the keys but on average it should not be any longer than another month.
