I have read all the posts on water softeners. Some of the posts are a few years old now and I imagine there is more up-to-date information out there.
I live in an extremely hard water area. I have made the decision to put in a water softening system. My friend has an avoca water softening system and it seems to be working well for him - he put it in around 6 months ago.
I would like to know your experiences with regards to water softeners and if there is a good one out there that I have not heard about.
