So I have an old 90s heater that I want to replace but am struggling to come up with a nice alternative. The area behind the heater is pretty rough and un-plastered, so I'd prefer to get something to cover that up rather than having to plaster it, as I don't have the time or skills to do it.

It doesn't have to be another heater, just something decorative or a nice centrepiece for the room, or a relaxing night light etc.. open to any and all ideas

A candlebra (edit- should read candelabra - but a candlebra would certainly be a talking point ) that holds 4, 5 or 6 pillar candles at different heights would be ideal.

Ireland used to have several blacksmiths that did things like this - but most are gone.

They would have made very sturdy pieces that would have suited perfectly - may still be a couple around and you may also be able to source from other places

Here's one https://www.trisceleforge.com/portfolio

And you could even make it yourself under his watchful eyes!
