I'm looking for a bit of advice. Have got two properties, one investment and one residential with a current market value of about €975k in total and outstanding mortage of €615k. Have also got about €70k in savings currently in online accounts. Investment property rental income is covering that mortgage.
I've been thinking a lot about putting a lot of that 70k off my homeloan mortgage but then again I'm not sure if this is the best thing to do. does anyone have any suggestions?
