Just wondering what rate of tax net rental income is subject to for a paye
worker i.e the rate you are subject to after you deduct all your expenses?
 
Excuse my ignorance but what is the marginal rate?
 
The highest rate of tax you pay after taking account of all allowances and reliefs etc.
