What lenders offer closed bridging?

Apart from Permanent TSB, does anyone know which lenders will offer closed bridging, i.e. bridging finance for a trade-up where there are unconditional contracts exchanged on the old property but the closing date of the purchase of the new must be earlier than the sale of the old, for various inarguable reasons?
