What job do you work at and your approx pay
Finished school and want to go to college in september so just want to see what the pay is like in different jobs.
I think you need to look at what you want to do as oppose to what a group on AAM are paid. Anyway people doing the same job type can be paid differently depending on the organisation, where they are living, experience and sometimes luck. If you do want to look at pay scales and salaries there are websites out there, I think www.publicjobs.ie is one. But seriously, a doctor is paid more than a teacher but if you hate biology there is no point going to study medicine. You need to look at your likes/dislikes/ability and not what others are being paid.
Judging by all the 05 Mercs, BMs and more exotic machines that are parked outside the average Solictor you could do worse than study law. The only people that can reform that lot are themselves and they have no interest in doing so.
Decide what you like and then go for the highest paying best fit career.

As mentioned above, I suggest you choose a career that you have a
natural aptitude for. In that way you can easily excel and work your
way up to become a manager or specialist. If you choose an area
purely because you believe it's a well paid job you would probably end
up dropping out of the course or worse still, end up stuck in a job that
you don't really like for the rest of your life.
