Hi,
before I ask the question, let me first put the context ..
I have purchased a land from a real estate agent.
Since the actual owner of the land had passed away, the real estate agent
had purchased it from the son of the original land owner. So there is a sale deed for this.
But this alone is not sufficient since the wife of the original owner is alive, a confirmation deed was made and registered. I guesss this happened since the wife of the original owner raised an issue after it was sold by her son.
Question is
-- whether this is the correct procedure
-- when I asked for confirmation deed, i got a plain paper where some agreement between the wife of original owner and real estate agent is present but this is not on a stamp paper. Is this correct ?
-- Should I ask and get the confirmation deed in the form of a stamp paper ?
Regards
Land was sold to B by son of the legal owner of the land (Say son is
C and actual owner is D)
