Due to cost I will have to bite the bullet and paint the outside of my 200sq ft bunaglow myself but I want to do it properly. It has 2 new extensions and these are new plaster, left for about 18 months so should be ready now. What do I use to prime new plaster? Do I use polybond to seal it? Then give it 3 coats of dulux weather shield?

For the old bits I am going to thoroughly wash down and do 2 coats of dulux weather shield. Its the new bits I am worried about!

ps I have checked previous posts but none say what to do!

The good news is it won't take long to paint that 200 sq. ft. bungalow.

The unpainted walls will suck up the first coat so you could dilute the paint a little. Polybond is not necessary, although a lot of lazy painters use it.
