What date for RTOS

Hello all
I have one question regarding exercise date for calculating RTOS.

I was granted X amount of share
When I exercised my option I sold minimum amount to cover the cost of share
I was not able to do anything with my share for 3 days while paper work take place.

Now I need to sale more than half of my share to cover 52% of RTOS.

On my statement there is exercise date and entry date (3 days after exercise date) Sadly my share price dropped dramatically within these three days.

There is a few thousands EURO difference between 52% of the share value on the exercise date and 52% of share value on the entry date.

I think I should take Exercise date but I was not able to do anything until Entry date.
Which date and share value should I use for RTOS calculation?

RTSO 1 is filed within 30 days of exercise of share options together with payment of tax. The tax is calculated using the exchange rate on the day you exercised your options.

Don't forgot that you will also need to file a tax return (Form 11) by 31 October 2014 or slightly later if you an electronic filer.
