What country best for electrician?

I have to consider moving abroad,anyone know where is best,my wife is a hairdresser and I am an electrician,I was thinking of Dubai or similar bit you hear conflicting stories,strict laws etc,any help appreciated.

Try Canada. There seems to be plenty of work for skilled craftsmen like youself. Keep an eye on dates for releasing of work visas etc as they were snapped up in no time this past year. Dubai can be oppressively hot, especially on site.
