What charges apply to an Ulster Bank Debit Card.
If the card is used at at atm and used to make purchases over the intenet , is the charge 5euro or 30euro.
 
2.50 EUR or 5.00 EUR per year.

The annual stamp duty for these cards is as follows:

ATM card: €2.50
Debit (Laser) card: €2.50
Combined ATM and laser card: €5

am slightly confused at the two debit card charges. have never heard of a debit card that that did not have atm functionality...

What it means is that if you only use it as an ATM Card and don't make purchases (or vice versa) you will only be charged €2.50 stamp duty
