what banks etc are giving 90% mortgages

Hi all

(thanks for the advice re my previous post)

I have decided to apply through brokers and banks for a mortgage but have a simple(?) question-

Q; What banks/instituitions are currently offering 90% mortgages to first time buyers?

I have heard that the only instituitions offering 90% are BOI/AIB/U bank , the rest are offering less than than.

Have also heard that some instituitions are frankly not interested in giving out mortgages at present.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The following say on their web sites that they will lend 90% (some more) - but actually getting that much might not be easy.
