Hi, we are planning to move back to Wexford after many years and are looking at the Coolcotts area. Are there any estates to avoid? Specifically, we want to avoid anti-social neighbours, any place with open waste-ground which might be a magnet for drug-dealers / bonfires, and areas with more rentals than owner-occupiers.
