Because of a lot of heavy rain over the past few days the strip foundations we've recently poured are now constantly sitting under an inch or so of water. The guys doing the rising walls don't seem in the slightest put out saying it's not at all unusual to be laying blocks in such wet conditions (and to be honest what they're doing looks spot on.)
I just don't like the look of all the water on the site and I'm wondering would it be advisable to keep it pumped out up until the point we backfill the entire floor area. Or am I just being paranoid?
