My mother takes Manuka Honey and swears by it.It is expensive and i want to see if i can get it cheaper for her as she is a pensioner.Has anybody got any web sites?
Manuka Honey is reputed to be very good for sore throats, colds, flu etc. I have been taking it for some time and must say it works for me - I haven't got an ailment for years TG. It comes in various strengths, +5, +10 etc, the higher the grade the dearer it is. I always bought it in a local health shop but lately found it at Supervalue supermarkets at a much cheaper price.

Manuka honey is great for everything ,it is also great for external use too.Supervalue do up to 15+ and if your taken it every day the cost mounts up .there must be somewhere cheaper ? Thanks for your reply.
