appologies if this is a rant, just a bit peeved off
me and the father in law both have deep bore wells, mine was fitted by a welling company that i heard were much cheaper then his
mine stopped working properly before christmas and i was talking to the father in law who says he gets his serviced every year
i rang the guy who fitted mine and he said there was no servicing on well pumps, and a google confirmed this, the guy came out a found a leak and fixed it for free, and told me to check the pressure on the tank in the garage every year it should be 25psi and pump it with a car compressor
i told the farther in law this, and he says he got a notification in the post every year saying the well needs to be serviced, and it says you wouldn't drive a car without servicing it every year, so he called them out they went into the garage for 15mins with a box (now presume its a car tyre pressure guage) and left, father in law got a bill in the post for €130
can a company be reported to anyone for fooling their customers, or should i just ring Joe Duffy
