Waterside / Lisadell Woods - Malahide or Swords

Hi,

Am looking at buying property in one of these locations. However, can someone confirm exactly where they are located?
 
Swords Road, Malahide. Not really in either Swords or Malahide if you ask me (I have driven past them a few times). Bit of a hike to Malahide DART station (where parking is v. hard to come by).
 
According to An Post - both are in Malahide
According to Fingal County Council - Waterside is in Swords, Lisadell Woods is in Malahide
IMHO - Both are within the Swords townland, as when Seabury was originally built, part of the development was in the Swords townland area. The traditional Malahide boundary ended at the bridge at Yellow Walls, extended to Robswall, the Convent (Scoil Iosa now), and the castle desmene.
Take what you want from any of the above! ;)
 
I would think its Swords as well, but advertised and marketed as Malahide to allow the builders to cash in on the more prestigious location of Malahide. I remember Seabury being built and thinking it was miles away from Malahide!!
