Water pressure pump "waterwell" not working

Water pressure pump in hotpress of apartment has stopped working,
very little pressure to shower, taps & toilet now its not working,
Have checked for any loose fittings or a switch on/off button in case accidently pushed. The brand name is 'Waterwell', its approx 5 years old.
Any suggestions to this problem would be appreciated, have already searched this forum for similar to no avail.

Hi McGann,

Not familiar with apartment type water pump - but had a similar problem with water pump for domestic house - it transpired the balloon inside the water pump had gone and needed to be replaced - like your situation water pressure in house was not great. Not sure if I've been of any help.
