Looking at house in Stillorgan area, but there is waste ground at the back of it. Long 75ft garden, then old garages, then waste ground, which belongs to the council, and is a very small space between green area and houses. However, I am a bit concerned as the garages at the back of the terrace of houses (where the waste ground is) all have graffiti on them - talked to the neighbours and they said they have never had any problems, but am a bit concerned myself. Have put in an offer, and waiting to hear if it is accepted. On my own with kids, so security is crucial. Thanks.
