I am looking after a rented property in Ongar, and the tenant reports that the washing machine has stopped during a cycle, with water and clothing in it. I do not live near the place, and I would like to be able to phone somebody, ask for a visit, and pay a modest sum (bearing in mind that I could replace the machine for a little over €200 + delivery).
In fairness to the tenant, I need to sort things today or tomorrow.
