Any chance you have dealt with issues in new building (premier 10 year warranty). We got private surveyor in, and now the builder is keen of doing the repairs but the surveyor feel he wants to supervise the work done. I really don’t trust the builder would carry all necessary work without supervision.
The surveyor says that the builders should cover his costs, and he will contact them and the warranty crowed. I should hear from him next week.
Now I just want the work done really. What I am afraid is turning it to long and costly process…
At the same time how can I be sure that the builders will carry out the necessary work without being supervises. They have been telling us incorrect information for over 2.5 years!
