Recently discovered the expensive way that O2 charge for calls that go to your voicemail whilst abroad.
So if you miss a call and it goes to your voicemail it's charged a connection fee and worse if you switch your phone off and a call goes direct to your voicemail with out leaving a message your charged.
When i inquired about the charges, O2 stated that they inform people to switch off their voicemail function.....i for one have never received such advise. The only information i have ever received is how to collect messages.
I think Rip-Off Ireland is not dead yet.
