Yes I signed my contract in December. on top of the fact that the sale is due to approval from the courts, The vendor has lost the title deeds and lend registry documents prolonging the sale even further.
I would strongle advise anyone buying a property to avoid ward of court properties like the plague
The sheer lack of communication regarding the whole procedure is mind boggling,
since signing in december i have not received any information whatsoever.
If i call the courts i get told they cant communicate with me, only the seller
