want to change Tv to other side of room without cables

I want to move the Tv to the other side of the room but I have only one aerial outlet in the room. Can I get a transmitter that will plug in to the aerial outlet and a reciever to plug into the back of the tv. This will allow me to move the tv without bringing a aerial cable around the top of the skirting and door.
 
Yes - see and here for example. Bear in mind that the 2.4GHz band is generally getting pretty crowded these days with so many people using wireless LANs and other 2.4GHz devices so you may experience interference depending on channel setup etc. Also they may or may not be totally suitable for digital cable or satellite TV.
