I am starting a new build(foundations just in ) and am looking at 2 options as follows.
100 mm dense block 150 cavity with blown in bead insulation and 150mm quinlite internal block. or
100 mm dense block,100 mm cavity with 75 mm insulation , 100 mm internal block and 38 mm insulated plasterboard.
Can anyone calculate the u values for each of the above and pros and cons for same.
