vokera pump adjustment

We recently replaced our boiler with a vokera mynute ehe 25.

It's in the kitchen and feeds the kitchen rad first, then goes up stairs to the 3 bedrooms before coming back down to the livingroom and hall.

Problem is that no heat is getting down to the living room and hall.

The boiler has an integrated pump. Is it possible to adjust the pump?

Or any other ideas to force the water down stairs?

Don't know, but if the pump has a dial on the side of it, it can be adjusted.

Try turning off rads that do heat up, good chance you have an air lock, this will clear it.
