Vodafone broadband installation problems

Hi there,

My sister is having problems installing the Vodafone USB modem (K3520) on XP home. She is logged in with an Admin account but the installation is saying that it cant install because she doesnt have admin rights. She has installed other apps in the past, Any ideas?

Sounds like its a power user account and not a full admin one required to install hardware
 
there are only 2 options in XP home, Limited account and admin account, or am i missing something?
