Bought an office chair from viking Direct, was pleased with it until one day without warning it collapsed nearly breaking my back. Admittedly the chair was out of warranty but as I felt that this particular chair suffered from a design fault I wrote to Viking Direct informing them of my misfortune and advising them that maybe they take this chair back and should investigate this chairs for fear that someone might get seriously injured. The response I got back was NONE. If you have bought an office chair from this shower of ostriches check out the legs in behind the plastic covering very carefully as it may collapse and unlike me you may not be in a position to complain.
