Hi. My renewal for vhi was in may. Couldnt afford policy they offering so went with glo health. Didnt realise had to ring them to cancel. Thought would do automatically.
Didnt notice payments still going till last week.
Rang them and now they saying have to finish paying them. Have cancelled policy. And bank got me back two months payed out to them out of the four but they still insisting I pay them. Cant afford it. Wont have left only had to get way lower one. Advice please.
