Great site!! This is my first time to ask a question here.I am due to close on a new build investment property.Can I claim the vat back on the purchase price and associated fees? If so-how? What are the pros and cons?
yes you can but you must then charge vat on your rent for that and any other property you own until you have paid back the initial rebate amount. ive heard a lot of people here in the past say it was rarely worth it.
