Took out 5 year fixed rate in 2004, on completion of fixed rate, mortgage reverted to standard variable rate, not variable base rate as per loan agreement 2002
Are similar cohorts waiting on response from ombudsman?
A very frustrating process as we have had no answers as to why contracts that said people would revert to VBR after say a 3 year fixed rate and then finding that youre then put on an SVR when that term doesnt appear in youre contract. All people want are answers to the above other things about this.
