Vanguard Admiral shares. In Ireland?

Does anybody have any insight of Vanguard Admiral shares?

Can they be bought from Ireland?
They seem to have as low expense ratios as ETFs, but they are easier to trade

AFAIK the minimum initial investment is €100k - per fund - in order for retail investors in Ireland to invest directly in Vanguard mutual funds (despite their European HQ being in the IFSC).

You cannot invest in Vanguard funds directly in Ireland, regardless of your capital. Only way is ETFs. This has been clarified previously on both AAM and boards, so Im fairly confident in the above.
