Van rental - Dublin

Hi there,
can anyone recommend a good value company to rent a van from for a weekend (to move furniture and other sundry household items)

also, what size would be best - don't mind making a few trips - more important that the van is going to be relatively easy to drive

thks for any suggestions
 
Would recommend a ford Transit. Have driven one from Dublin to Cork and across Dublin a few times transporting furniture. They're big enough to fit sofas, king size beds etc. Once you get the hang of having no rear view mirror and that they're longer than a normal saloon car you'll be grand!

For rental company..try www.enterprise.com and select Ireland. They're at the airport or in Dublin 12 somwhere and are really efficient and reasonaly priced..they'll organise insurance etc. if you want.

I got a transit van in their Santry depot for about €80 last month.
They also have a depot in terenure

thanks folks,
rang them both - rates very similar - will prob go with enterprise coz they handle the insurance and are marginally more handy to get at than argus
