Vacuflo - Where to get New Parts

Hi guys

Have had Vacuflo Central Vacuuming System for the past 2 years and must admit to being very happy with it. Now I need a new part - the long straight steel bit that you hold in your hand when using it is gone wonky and needs replacing. Got an address for them in Kilkenny but can't make contact by telephone. Also someone I know mentioned that they drove past their shop (in Kilkenny) and it was empty. Anyway, just wondering has anyone been in touch with them lately or have they shut up shop in Ireland. Thanks.

(when I was building I found vacuflo on the internet and emailed canada asking if they had a rep anywhere in Ireland or England, I could'nt believe it when the email came back and the rep was living in the same town as me - integrated vacum systems were only coming on the market then)

Thanks a million NHG. Again so impressed with this website. Have spoken with Pat and will meet him next week when he is doing a house about 2 miles from me! Certainly is a small world.

A few yrs ago I purchased a second hose pipe/wand from Pat for upstairs and I bought the hose cover (Pat told me not to bother) to protect furniture etc, its a major dust collector, Its better without.
