If one buys a house that is vacant 9 months and waits for vacancy for a further 15 months (therefore 2 years vacant) can one apply for this grant to renovate the house?
Hi I have got approval in principal for a vacant property grant in my name. Due to timing of funding Looking at the option of my partner buying it. It will be my solo primary residence not theirs.
Will I be able to go ahead with works and draw down grant once I take over ownership?Or will ownership be a factor earlier in process?
