UTV Broadband

This service has been down since Tuesday evening and every time I ring them, I am told that they are hopeful of having service restored later. Does anybody know what's going on?

I found UTV was a bit shaky last sunday and monday.

But I rebooted the modem each time and it worked.

For the last month I am also having problems with reliability of the service. Which gets very frustrating....I sure hope someone from UTV is reading this thread!!! You can be sure potential customers will be reading it !!!!

Me too! Had no service for 3 days running and it finally came back on last weekend.

Have to say I am getting very tired of their BB service. Only for the phone deal I would definately think of changing from them.

I've had no broadband service for the last three days. Just decided to try it again about an hour ago and its back.

The service seems to have been very intermittent over the last few weeks whatever the problem is.

I thought it might be in my own area as the council have every road dug up in the place and this happened before where a cable got cut and everything including the lotto machines were down for two days.
