UTV Broadband - anybody using it?

I've been doing some rearch prior to signing up for broadband for home.

It looks like UTV has probably the most suitable deal for the Oysters.

But my dealings with Esat, their dial-up service and lamentable customer service (their main corporate aim for a period early this year appeared to be to take me to court) just makes me a little reticent to stick my toe back into this particular pool....

Has anybody out there had good or bad UTV broadband experiences?
 
Using UTV since July (1:48 service).

Worked perfectly from Day 1.
 
I've been using it ( 512 kbps, 48: 1 contention ratio ) since June with no problems. I was interested to see the effective speed of other 512 kbps broadband suppliers ( my speed is typically 420 kbps ) but according to this I'm doing ok

Thanks for the link (it was in fact through that thread that I originally discovered UTV was an option in our People's Republic....) and the personal experiences. I think that's me decided now.....unless of course anybody out there has any horror stories I should know about!
