Using mobile on Oz

Heard on the Right Hook on Newstalk a few weeks back about some service that allows you use your mobile phone in Oz to make calls back to Ireland at a really low rate. Have tried downloading the podcasts but can't seem to find show I was listening to (it was on the technology piece on a Thurs) does anybody know what it's called or any other services for ringing home?
