USC calculation

I am trying to calculate what the correct USC should be on a director's fee of 1,500 which is paid by company A which is separate from his main employment in company B.
This fee of 1,500 is his total emolument received from company A.
His main salary is received from company B.

Hope the above explanation is clear.
