Are you able to hire a Concrete sander from most tool hire places?? If so, do i just ask for a Concrete sander Note: floor leveling compound is too late at this stage Oboviously, my contractor will be reembursing me for my outlay Cheers B

C Carpenter Registered User Messages 2,607 5 Aug 2005 #2 You can get a concrete floor grinder which will smooth it out, just be careful not to overdo it or the floor will be very polished and loose some of the mechanical key required for bonding tiles.
