Up coming Lidl recruitment day.

I am attending the Lidl recruitment day on Monday. As far as I know it is a chance to get to know Lidl as a company and gain more knowledge about the course we are applying for (retail management)
Also there is a group activity and an aptitude test.
My question is does anyone on here has experience of these type of tests and / or the group activity which may be used.
Maybe someone on here is on the course already, I believe the course is running almost three years now.
