tricky one here, will try and keep it as brief as possible.
Family member recently sat finals at UL. Results came back a few weeks ago and family member had passed all exams and qualified. Congrats and celebrations all round.
Family member asked me to do a favour 2 weeks ago and while in the room I saw a letter from UL headed 'repeat examinations - payment' or fee process. I didn't read any further and left.
Family member has been travelling back to Limerick recently. For what we don't know as they had moved out of accomodation.
Qstn: Do UL send these letters to all students to notify them of the repeat examination fee process in case they fail some exams OR are these letters sent to those only that need them?
Sensitive issue, dont want to ask person in question, would appreciate all those with advice, thanks.
