Unemployement Clause

Is the unemployment clause and "break clause option" the same thing? I am a new landlord and not sure what to do in this case. Someone who looked at my condo asked if I had the unemployment clause in my lease and I dont. Thank you.
 
This is an Irish bulletin board, so I doubt if many readers would have experience of how these things work in the US.
