I was wondering has anyone got a decision from disablement review where it states you are earning over 30 euro from your employer so do you not qualify for the benefit. On follow up I am told that this does not exclude me from payment should I come off the payroll, but it does not say this on the letter. On further query am told medical evidence submitted at review indicates to them I would qualify,but not covered on letter I have fear of informing employer I wish to be removed from payroll on grounds of ill health and then not get the payment this was an occupational injury Has anyone been through this or can anyone give any advice
