Under 16 best prepaid card for travel

Going to England with my under 16. Has her own money (cash) saved and wants to use it on her holidays. What account can she open that would be safe/fool proof. Any recommendations? I opened an post money mate for her but unsure if that can be used outside ireland

You can open a child account with any bank and they will give a card with it. Very straightforward to do
