My spouse has been receiving dividend cheques from companies that her parents invested in on her behalf for many years.
She has ignored these cheques for the last several years and I am now setting up DD's into her account for future payments.
My question is, is there any way for her to claim past payments that she never cashed in from the last 5 years given the cheques are out of date?
It's a small amount but the principle of it is getting to me!
