Hello All,
Im having major issues with Ulster Bank and the rates that Im being charged. Basically they've charged me the margin at drawdown rather than the margin per the valid loan offer. The loan offer is valid for 3 months (special condition 13A) and the mortgage was drawn down within this period.
Now they're saying that there is nothing on the loan offer that states the U First Flexible product tracks the SVR. They're basically making it up as they go along.
Does anybody have a definition of the U First Flexible product that they've received from Ulster Bank or can locate it?
Did anybody have similar issue?
