UK NI number connected to maiden name

I'm hoping to buy back years for the UK state pension. Since I left there I've gotten married and changed my name. My NI number is connected to my maiden name. I'm unable to access the gov.uk app or confirm my identity as my current passport details don't match their details. Has anyone come across this and how was it resolved?
